In the aggregate, NDB Alliance LLC and/or any affiliated entities consist of advisory, assessment, CPA, and non-CPA firms that may issue ISO (attest or non-attest [assessment]), PCI Assessment Reports, HiTrust (attest or non-attest [assessment]), and/or SOC attest reports and that may have alternative practice structures. Thus, these organizations are separate and independent legal entities that may be separately registered by qualifications or professional standards but work together to meet clients’ business needs. NDB Controls LLC is an ANAB candidate organization for the purposes of ISO reporting. NDB Advisory LLC is a Qualified PCI (QSA) Firm and as such offers PCI Services as described by the PCI Security Standards Council. Any affiliated entities that issue SOC Framework attest reports are Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms that may registered with the appropriate state boards of accountancy as needed to conduct attest services based on state CPA mobility laws, locations, etc. Each affiliated entity may utilize personnel that hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) designation, Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), including other business, cyber, professional, educational, and/or AICPA or ISACA accreditations. This website may contain links to the affiliate entities of NDB Alliance for the purposes of information research and cross-reference among the affiliate entities.
